Motorola’s new Croatian contract
30/09/2019
King ICT and Micro-Link – both of whom are partners of Motorola Solutions - have been awarded the tender to expand the Croatian nationwide TETRA network, MPUnet.

The contract, as issued by the Croatian Ministry of the Interior, will also see the Croatian Civil Protection Directorate becoming an “integral key user group organisation” in relation to the network.
Speaking of the agreement, regional vice president Europe for Motorola Solutions, Michael Kaae said: “Since the beginning of our partnership in 2000, we have been providing the Croatian public safety organisations with future-leading mission-critical communications solutions, based on the proven TETRA standard.
“By modernising and expanding the MUPnet network, subscribers will receive access to the latest functionalities, and benefit from the maximum availability of the network in the years to come.”
The roll-out will see Motorola Solutions supplying the technology, while King ICT and Micro-Link contribute services and third-party equipment.
